(Actually, we get very few questions about WinChime!)
I press "Play" button but don't hear anything. Why? Make sure you can successfully play a MIDI file using the Windows accessory program Media Player, or similar program. Be certain the volume and MIDI volume are high enough. If necessary, go into Options->Configure->MIDI and change MIDI output driver selection.
